Moving goods above the prescribed value needs a valid e-way bill from the government portal, and invoice, e-way bill and vehicle details must agree. E-invoicing through the Invoice Registration Portal applies to businesses above the notified turnover threshold.
Customs Act 1962 and ICEGATE (India)
Bills of entry and shipping bills are filed electronically, and declared values, classification and party details are expected to match the commercial invoice, packing list and transport documents.
DPDP Act 2023 (India) and GDPR
Consignee names, phone numbers, addresses, POD photos, CCTV footage and call recordings are personal data, so collection, retention and access need a defined purpose and safeguards.

01Do we need to replace our TMS or WMS?
No. We build around your existing systems and connect through APIs, database staging tables, SFTP or email. Your TMS, WMS and ERP stay the systems of record.
02Can it handle poor-quality POD photos and handwritten documents?
Within limits, yes. Skewed photos, stamps and handwritten remarks are normal inputs, and anything the system cannot read confidently goes to a person. The pilot reports accuracy by document quality.
03Which languages do the voice agents support?
We start with Hindi, English and Hinglish and add regional languages such as Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali or Gujarati based on your delivery footprint. Each language is tested on real call audio during the pilot.
04How do we start?
