01Can you work with any state's RERA portal?
Each state portal has its own layout and document formats, so we build and test a collector per state. A typical pilot covers one state, and we add others once field mappings are agreed. Where a portal needs a login or captcha, a person completes that step.
02Will the AI give a legal opinion on title or approve a contractor bill?
No. It extracts, compares and flags. Your advocate gives the title opinion, your quantity surveyor certifies the bill and your accounts team approves allocations. Every flag links to the page it came from so they can check it quickly.
03Our site teams share photos on WhatsApp. Is that good enough?
It is a start. Progress and safety models work better with consistent angles, so we usually agree a short list of fixed photo points per tower and add GPS and timestamp checks. Existing CCTV can be used for safety monitoring where camera positions allow.
04Which CRM and ERP systems do you integrate with?
We connect through APIs, webhooks or scheduled exports to common real estate CRMs such as Salesforce, LeadSquared or Sell.Do, ERPs such as SAP or Farvision, and Tally for accounts. Where there is no API, we start with a structured Excel or database hand-off.
