Privacy policy

This website, vipratech.in, is run by VipraTech Labs Private Limited, Plot No. 1, Vikas Nagar, Nanta Road, Kunhari, Kota, Rajasthan, India. For any privacy question or request, email akhilesh@vipratech.in.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages and buttons people use: pages viewed, clicks on the booking and WhatsApp buttons, use-case pages viewed and the filters used in the use case library. Google Analytics sets cookies and records your approximate location, device and browser. We do not send it your name, email or phone number.

Advertising. If we run Google Ads, the same Google tag tells us when someone who clicked one of our ads goes on to click "Book a 20-minute call".

Visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland. Analytics and advertising cookies stay off until you accept them in the cookie banner. Until then, Google may receive basic signals without cookies, such as that a page was loaded. The banner stores your choice in a cookie for six months, and you can change it at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.

Visitors elsewhere. Analytics is on by default. You can block cookies in your browser settings or install theGoogle Analytics opt-out add-on.

Fit diagnostic. The fit diagnostic on the homepage runs in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us unless you choose to send the email it prepares.

When you contact us. If you email, call or message us, we use what you send only to reply and to discuss working together.

"Book a 20-minute call" opens Calendly and "WhatsApp us" opens WhatsApp. The booking link tells Calendly which page you came from. What you enter there is handled under Calendly's and WhatsApp's own privacy policies. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, and GitHub may log visitors' IP addresses for security.

Google Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account. Emails and messages are kept while we are in touch with you and as long as the law requires afterwards.

You can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email akhilesh@vipratech.inand we will reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, these rights come from India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, the EU or UK GDPR, or other law, and you can also complain to your data protection authority.

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page with the new date.
