Personalised Nurture Campaigns for Home Buyers

Keep undecided buyers engaged with WhatsApp and email updates matched to their stage, budget and objections, built from approved project facts, and alert sales when interest returns.

Who it is for

  • Marketing Head
  • Head of Presales and CRM
  • Digital Marketing Manager
  • Sales Director

The problem

Buying a home is a long decision, and many enquiries take months to turn into a booking, if they ever do. Developers hold large databases of past enquirers and visitors who receive either nothing or the same broadcast as everyone else, so buyers who would have come back for the right reason never hear it.

One message for everyone

Broadcasts send the same launch offer to an investor who wanted a 1BHK and a family that visited for a 3BHK.

Objections never addressed

Buyers who dropped off over price, possession date, floor or loan eligibility never receive the update that answers their concern.

Re-engagement goes unnoticed

When a cold lead replies, opens a floor plan or asks about a new tower, nobody in sales sees it in time.

Content and compliance risk

Sales staff forward unapproved price sheets and offers from personal phones, outside opt-in and template rules.

What we build

We build a nurture engine on top of your CRM and WhatsApp Business account. Leads are segmented by stage, configuration, budget, project, location preference and the objections recorded in calls and visit feedback. An LLM drafts short message variants for each segment using only an approved content library: construction progress updates, sample flat videos, new tower or inventory releases, loan explainers, possession timelines as registered and offers approved by sales. Marketing approves templates before use. Messages go out on a schedule with frequency caps and opt-in checks. Replies and clicks are scored, and leads showing renewed interest are passed to presales with context.

  • Segmentation by stage, configuration, budget, project and recorded objections
  • LLM-drafted message variants grounded only in an approved content library
  • Approval workflow for WhatsApp templates, emails and offers
  • Scheduling with frequency caps, quiet hours and opt-in checks
  • Reply handling for common questions, with handover for anything else
  • Re-engagement scoring and alerts to presales with the lead's history

  • Frequency caps and quiet hours per lead
  • Every message traceable to its approved template and version

Compliance notes

  • WhatsApp campaigns follow Meta's opt-in and template approval rules, and SMS and calls follow TRAI commercial communication rules.

FAQs

01Will the AI write offers or prices on its own?

No. It drafts wording only from facts and offers in the approved library. Prices and offers are added by marketing or sales, and nothing is sent without approval.

02Do we need a WhatsApp Business API account?

Yes, for business-initiated campaigns at scale. We help you set it up through a provider, register templates and import opt-in records. Leads without opt-in are reached by email or not at all.

03Can it respond to buyer replies?

It answers common questions from approved answers, such as the site address or the registered possession timeline, and passes anything about price, availability or negotiation to presales.

04How do we know whether it works?

With a holdout group that receives your usual communication. The pilot compares replies, visits and bookings between nurtured segments and the holdout, so you see the effect on your own data.
